We provide:

• Expanding Land — an online multiplayer browser game.
• Legend Mod — an online multiplayer browser game and modding platform.
• Legend Express — a Chrome extension that enhances the Agar.io gameplay experience.

Our services are provided free of charge and on an "as-is" basis.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other players through in-game chat or any related communication channel.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with our game servers or infrastructure.
• Impersonate other players, moderators, or administrators.
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Accounts

You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All game assets, code, and content associated with Expanding Land, Legend Mod, and Legend Express are the property of their respective creators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our software without permission.

6. Moderation & Bans

We reserve the right to moderate in-game chat, mute or ban players, and take any action necessary to maintain a fair and enjoyable experience for all users. Bans may be issued for violations of these terms or at the discretion of our moderation team.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
