This privacy policy covers the following services operated by the Legend Mod project:

• Expanding Land (expanding.land) — an online multiplayer game.
• Legend Mod (legendmod.ml) — an online multiplayer game.
• Legend Express — a Chrome extension for Agar.io.

We are committed to protecting your privacy.

2. Google Sign-In

When you sign in with Google on Expanding Land or Legend Mod, we receive:

• Profile information: Your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.
• Google User ID: A unique identifier used to save your game progress and display your profile.

We use this information solely to authenticate you and provide game functionality (saving progress, displaying your name and picture in-game, and maintaining leaderboards).

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your login session and game preferences are stored locally in your browser using cookies and localStorage. Game data (scores, leaderboard entries) is stored on our game server for the duration of your session.

4. Chrome Extension (Legend Express)

Legend Express does not collect, store, or transmit any personal user data to external servers. All extension settings and game preferences are stored locally in your browser using the Chrome Storage API.

• Storage: Used solely to save your mod configurations and hotkeys locally.
• Host Permissions: Used to fetch mod components and assets from jimboy3100.github.io to enable the modded gameplay experience.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Google Sign-In for authentication. Google's privacy policy applies to the data they collect: Google Privacy Policy.

The extension may load modded scripts (Legend Mod, Ogario) from the official jimboy3100.github.io repository. These scripts are community-maintained and used to modify the gameplay interface.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete your local data by clearing your browser's cookies and localStorage. To request deletion of server-side data, contact us at the email below.

7. Changes to the Policy

We may update this policy if technical changes require it. Updates will be posted on this page.
